Directions for online scheduling
Established patients have access to a client portal
New patients should call (337) 534-9007 to schedule
1.
Established patients - who have seen Dr. Albarado in the past three months - are registered in a client portal via their email.
Click on 'Client Portal" at the top, then enter the email address you provided with your initial contact information. Check your email for a link into the portal.

Once logged into the portal, you can request an appointment.
3.
Choose the location: in the Lafayette office or the online video appointment.
4.
Pick your preferred date and time.
5.
The appointment will be confirmed by email.
If you requested an online video appointment, the email will include a link for the appointment. The link is also available in the portal under appointments.
